The wedding invitation package includes:

• All cards digitally printed on 120# heavy weight matte card stock in color “White Dove” (off white)
• 5×7″ Invitation with a hand-drawn illustration of your wedding venue
• 4×6″ Details Card for your essential event information and RSVP
• FREE ENVELOPE ADDRESSING (dark ink on light colored envelopes)
• FREE GROUND SHIPPING

 

Customization includes:

Paper and Printing:

• Choose from any color text / image listed on our color chart (with the exception of the metallic)

Envelope Color & Flap Shape

• ANY color including metallics (if you do not see a color listed, we can find it)
• Euro (V-flap) or Square Flap Include

Typography and Layout:

• I will choose fonts that reflect the wedding’s tone, based on the information you give me in your contract/form. From elegant scripts to modern sans-serif, Paper Doll will tailor your design to fit your style perfectly.
• I will customize the text layout if necessary to balance elegance and readability.

Wording and Language:

• Personalize the wording to reflect your personality and relationshipIncorporate cultural or religious elements if desired.

Monograms and Graphics

• Add custom monograms, logos, or illustrations that represent the couple (design fees apply).
• Include floral designs, watercolor accents, or hand-drawn sketches (included).

Shape and Size

• Opt for traditional rectangular invitations or explore unique shapes like circles, arches, or gatefolds for a fee

Paper & Printing

• Select from different paper types such as matte, glossy, textured, or handmade (upgrade fees will apply to any paper changes).
• Explore printing techniques like letterpress, foil stamping, embossing, or digital printing.

Eco-Friendly Options

• Consider recycled paper, plantable seed paper, or digital invites for a sustainable choice.

What to Expect after ordering:

At Paper Doll Calligraphy & Design, we make the process of designing your dream wedding invitations simple, stress free, and most of all…FUN! Here’s a detailed timeline to guide you through the experience:

Step 1: Purchase your invitations here or email me for Consultation & Booking (5-7 Months Before Wedding)

• • Schedule a free consultation to discuss your vision, theme, and design preferences.
  • Choose a package that best suits your needs.
  • Pay a 50% deposit to reserve your spot in our design calendar or pay in full by ordering on our website

Step 2: Design Phase (4-6 Months Before Wedding)

• • • Fill out the Details & Contract form sent by Paper Doll
    • You will receive digital proofs within 5 business days
    • You may submit edits up to 2 times (additional edits available for fee)
    • Once the proofs are approved, you’ll pay your remaining balance if there is one, and we will go to print.

Step 3: Production & Printing (3-4 Months Before Wedding)

• Printing begins using luxurious materials and finishes.
• Additional embellishments like wax seals, ribbons, or envelope liners are applied.
• Expect production to take about 2 weeks depending on complexity of order (and if I am doing assembly, or if you’re DIY)

Step 4: Delivery (2-3 Months Before Wedding)

• Invitations are carefully packaged and shipped directly to you.
• Complimentary envelope addressing is included.
• Free shipping on all orders

Step 5: Mailing Your Invitations (8-10 Weeks Before Wedding)

• We recommend mailing your invitations 8-10 weeks before your wedding date.
• For destination weddings or international guests, consider sending them 12 weeks in advance.
• We recommend taking your invitations directly to the post office to be weighed and measured, to ensure that you purchase the correct amount of postage

Additional things you should know:

• You will receive 2 extra invitations as my gift to you. One for a keepsake, and a full flat lay set up for your photographer (so that it can be styled like the mockup)
• RSVP cards typically request replies 4-5 weeks before your wedding.
• Coordinate your day-of stationery (programs, menus, place cards) during the printing phase (discounts available for returning customers)
